Sooooo, as y’all have seen from my 4884217904 pictures yesterday & Sunday, I took a little trip to Central Texas. And it was fantastic. I was actually doing a college visit. I was very happy with the campus (even more so than I already was, which I didn’t know was possible) & I am certain I really truly want to go there now. (:

Anyways, we decided I would drive there & back so I could learn what it’s like to drive such a long ways. So, I learned that it’s crazy exhausting. But you don’t even realize it until you get out of the car for the first time at your hotel or even at a rest stop. It hits you like a bag of sand & you just want to fall over & sleep right there.

I also learned that sometimes truck drivers are CRAZY! (Sorry if any of you take offense to this. :/ Maybe not all of you are bad & I just had a terrible experience.) So, this one trucker pulled into my lane way too quick & didn’t even turn on his blinker until he was actually trying to merge. The best thing I really could do (or think of doing) was swerve to the next lane. I mean, I knew there was no one behind or around us. But my mom still got upset. And then I cried. And now I dislike truck drivers. ;~;

Summary: long road trips are stressful & exhausting.
